All orders over $99 NZD.

Shipping time:
We aim to dispatch all NZ orders before 12pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders placed after  12pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number. For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Shipping fee:
Urban areas: $7 NZD of fee.
Rural areas: $10 NZD of fee

Refund and Return
We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened, still intact, and returned in their original packaging, well-protected, on the same box with wood wool/shredded paper. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Once we receive your returned order at our warehouse, we can process a full refund for the product back to the credit card or debit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund, and for the money to show depending on your bank.
